Burgundy Dining Room
A dark dining room with burgundy walls, tubular chrome chairs and a glossy pendant above the table.
The wall color is deep enough that the chrome chair frames become some of the brightest lines in the room. Their open tubular construction also keeps the chairs from reading as heavy blocks against the saturated background.
A dark table and rug stay close to the wall color, while the smoked-glass pendant throws a small pool of warm light over the center. There is very little decoration around the dining set. The contrast comes from finish and reflection rather than from adding more objects.
